Just the beginning

These are some pictures from Easter. I have some SERIOUS power blogging to do...SERIOUS business!

But these pictures were taken with my moms camera (so that camera is already AT my mom's house...it is much easier that way).

I had a vision for Easter this year. I actually have a vision for every holiday. Like at Christmas I wanted ice blue and deep red, with hints of sparkle. It was AMAZING in my head...but I just didn't have the time, energy, or funds to pull it all together. So Grace had a really cute dress, and jacket, but I didn't add the finishing touches. I also wanted to match with her (I have a seriously loyalty towards matching families), and have Spencer matching too....no bueno.

Anyways, back to my vision for Easter. Yellow, and Kelly Spade Green!!! So cute...I know, I thought so too! I wanted it simple and bright.

So I got Grace her dress, and found her shoes. THEN I headed over to SAS to get some great vintage trims for a head band (the head band isn't anything like Christan over at Full House, but it turned out pretty good).

I found a green sweater, and a yellow and white striped skirt. I KNOW...it came together. NOW all I have to do is get us all dressed up on the same day...AND TAKE A DANG UM PICTURE! You would think it would have happened on Easter, but conference got in the way. And then today our house was in shambles (more to come on that), so Graces clothes weren't washed. Perhaps next week, or the week after?

Anywho...here is Grace and all her glory!

We went over to the Wright House to join the fun...but Grace just wanted to play with "winnie". We blew that joint pretty quick.

I will talk more about Easter later...but it was a hit. I don't know who had more fun...ME, or Grace.
