I can't sew. And I can't afford to buy really expensive Window Treatments. What I can do is make what I have amazing!!! Well maybe it isn't amazing..but it is better than before!
Here is Windows before panels were added

Not the best picture...but it is all I have.
This is the Front window WITH the panels.
You see the panels were VERY long. Probably over a foot needed to be cut off. I was fully planning on my mom hemming them. I brought them over to her house, but then I remembered...MISTREATMENT'S! Hello, no sewing needed! I just folded them over a couple of times on the top, and clipped them together. NOT EVEN HOT GLUE! I think they look really nice? They defiantly add a certain warmth to the front room! Also, some privacy (to any of our neighbor es who have driven by, and seen us indecent...I am sorry, the problem is fixed now)
Next the dining room window (I don't think that my breakfast nook can be considered a "dining room"...but go with me here). It needed window treatments BAD! FOR. REALS. I needed privacy, and cuteness. All of my really cute ideas didn't create privacy, all of the privacy wasn't very cute. See my problems! Finally I decided to meet somewhere in the middle. I would give up on EXTREME cuteness, and I would settle for something cheap, and easy.
We got some dish towels and clipped them on a cafe rod! I don't think it looks half bad??? And I love that people can't see into our windows!!!
Next on our list of life happening...DIAPER STUDY!!! Who would have thought that you could get FREE diapers, and that the company would PAY you to use them??? Yeah, it is great. There is some work involved...but heck, free diapers, and money? Who could say no?
You have to save all the diapers. Kinda...no really gross..but like I said "free diapers, and money!"

Dear Tyson:
I love you! You make lunch time, and dinner WONDERFULLY EASY! I will owe you till the day I die.
Love,
Jami
That raps up our life!
PS: Just so you know, we don't have Roach's running around our house all the time. I have only seen ONE in our house since we re-did it (there were TONS when we first started to tear everything up). I guess it just sucks that the one I did see had to land on ME!
