It is just that sometimes I feel like there is no sponitinaity? I feel like everything in my life is planned. I realize that this is probally my fault..I could add spice to my life..I just choose to the easier more relaxed way.
BUT, I thrive of of excitment. I LOVE it! I love doing crazy and wild things. But since having Grace I am a little affraid to go sky diving, or jumping off of building. I don't want to leave my baby here for Spencers next wife to raise. Oh, and did I mention we are poor...it costs money to be crazy these days!
So the other night we went over to Chip and Dena's house. The boys watched the game, and I asked Dina if she would cut my bangs. She is so nice, and agreed.
So we went up to her "hair place", and she began to cut my bangs. I was noticing that her bangs were WAY cuter than mine. SO I asked.
Jami: "how do you get your bangs like that"
Dina: " oh, I haven't washed my hair in 3 days, they are always better that way"
Jami: "when I don't wash my hair it just gets greasy"
Dine" b/c your hair isn't damaged, you shoudl bleach it, and then dye it back to brown, and then it will be wonderful"
Jami"OK, when can we do it (my blood was rushing, and I was getting excited...there was no going back)"
Dina: "we can do it tonight if you want"
Jami: " OK"
Thus, we bleached my hair, and then a week later we dyed it back. I didn't really LOVE my highlights. I thought I looked white trash. But Spencer loved them. I like my hair MUCh better brown.
Here are the before and after...

The moral of this story is that I need to start working on making my life exciting...not in the throw up way...but in the CRAZY way! Oh yea!

you're too funny! way to be spontenious!
I love it!
I totally know what you mean about everything being planned and totally predictable--- it is good to be crazy once in awhile!
I forgot to tell you yesterday that I loved your hair! It looks great. Talk to you soon.
I think your highlights are fabulous!
Can you say American Eagle model? That after picture is GORGEOUS! It reminds me of that one christmas when my little sister said, "I really want some swooshy bangs" and I said "let's do it." Real excitement is when scissors meet lack of experience.
I totally feel better now that I have some year supply instead of ...nothing. And yep we kept her, http://geneva-anderson.blogspot.com/2008/12/official.html has the story.
I keep meaning to ask you....
What color of red did you use on your door? I love it and want that same color....
I dont' know...it is my moms left over paint for her front door. I have some if you want to come and get a sample and then take it down to home depot to get a color match
