Today marks Spencer and I's SECOND ANNIVERSARY!!! Yes Oct. 25th 2006 is our wedding day, and that means that TODAY is our 2nd anniversary.
It has been SOOO much fun! Yesterday I dropped Grace off at my moms house at 4:30, and we picked her up at 1:00 this afternoon! What did we do BABY FREE for so many hours??? I will tell you!
So after I dropped Grace off Spencer came home, and we went out to eat at De La Cruz. It is a small bistro in down town mesa. I loved it. I was so cute, and there was candle light. The food was AMAZING, and the service was even better. After we went and walked around Scottsdale mall. I love everything about that mall, too bad I can't afford any of it.
We rented "run fat boy run", and snuggled up on our couch, and watched it. We did other things too, but we don't have to talk about that right now.
We got to stay up late, and then...the best part of our whole weekend...we SLEPT IN TILL 9:00 in the morning! It was incredible! Words can not describe how nice it was to sleep in with my man. We got up, and then went to a yard sale (nothing good there), and then got us some burrito express. There is nothing yummier for breakfast (well maybe crackers). Their sausage, egg, cheese, and potato is the best!
We picked up Grace afterwards. It was so nice to have a weekend alone with my man. Marriage has been tough this last 2 years. Not a lot of fun, but this weekend was FUN! We had so much fun just holding hands. Gazing into each others eyes. Cuddling. Kissing. Hugging! It was so fun to just be together.
I have decided that we need to do something like this last weekend AT LEAST 2 times a year. It was just what our marriage needed.
I love Spencer SO much! Marriage is hard for me, because I am such a selfish person. But Spencer is so good to me. He is the nicest, most loving man! He isn't too bad looking either.
Oh, I forgot my favorite part of the whole weekend. I woke up and there was this sweet note by my bed. It talked about all the wonderful things in our dating, and married life. It made me cry (of course), and it was so nice of him. I know that Spencer would love to buy me diamonds, and treasures, but nothing beats his sweet words. I love him! Happy Anniversary!
Also, there is going to be a new addition to our family. It was not planned, but just sorta...happened! We are really excited...I will post more about it soon!

Also...I am glad you got a good anniversary. I was doing wedding stuff on mine, and hardly got to talk to Kyle all day. At first I thought it would be no big deal, but the more I think about it, the worse I feel about not being together.
Oh well. All for a good cause.

Happy Anniversary. It sounds so fun to have a weekend to yourselves. Sleeping in sounds amazing :P We should try it sometime :P
