I have so much air trapped in my chest. I just need to burp! I have been walking around all day trying to force burps out....usually I just fart. Which is nice, but not what I need.
I think it is because I eat to much. Actually I KNOW its because I eat to much. I am reading a book
"Breaking free from Emotional Eating"
by: Geneen Roth (my mother in laws name is Geneen, spelt JUST the same way. It must be a good book, because my mother in law is wise. No seriously, she is the wisest person I know.)

Anyways, the book is fantastic. I can't recommend it enough if you find yourself always beating yourself up about eating to much. Or always wanting to start a diet. Or whatever...it is just really good. But Geneen starts out by talking about trusting your body. You must only eat WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY. Now that sounds easy to some normal people. But I seriously don't put eating, and hunger together. I just eat because I love to do it...or I'm bored, or whatever. So I think the reason I am always gassy is because I always have to much food in my system. So now that I know the problem, I have to fix it. Talk to me in a year, or don't because who knows if I can't follow through on this.
Other news. Grace is DEATHLY afraid of going to the bathroom alone. I mean she went for months just going to the bathroom and taking care of her business without help. She even wipes on her own.
All of the sudden she CAN NOT go alone. So this last Saturday I was doing a wedding. That means I am stuck at the kitchen table with cramped hands, putting together 8 corsages, and 6 boutonnieres. OBVIOUSLY I was busy. So Grace didn't even bother to ask me if I would go to the bathroom with her. She went straight to Spencer. Now Spencer wasn't accustomed to this new fear. He is at work most of the day, therefore doesn't get to go to the bathroom with Grace. Well she asked him. He of course said "Grace, you can go on your own." So Grace took matters into her own hands.
She went outside. Got naked. And peed. Problem solved.
Easy as that. I think Spencer got the idea after that. She doesn't go on her own. No questions asked. The other night we were all at my parents house. I think she asked around if someone would go with her. But apparently everyone was busy. So she was on her way outside again, when my Aunt Robin caught her. Grace explained that she was going potty. Robin kindly took her to the restroom. So I guess we have somethings to work through...if I have to sit through Grace pooping one more time I will DIE, or throw up. Whatever comes first.
Baby Girl is doing great. I am feeling her move more and more. It is just lovely. Such a pleasantdefinitely more uncomfortable, not so much lovely.
Also, my neighbor said.
F:"Jami, whats wrong with your face?"
J: "um, what do you mean?"
F "you have huge opened sores all over it!"
J: " I know, they are called pimples, and I get them. I get a lot more of them while pregnant"
F:" Oh, that's to bad"
Good to know its not just me.
feeling. I have to enjoy it while it lasts. Not that I want her to STOP moving, but when they get bigger it is most

Ha ha Grace is so funny. Simeon is very very good at telling me he needs to go potty, AFTER he's already gone in his pants :( So we're still working on that one :D
Navi totally went thru the pee outside phase!! ha ha!! Sorry to say it did last for awhile. but hey it's way better than changing a diaper
want me to put a dead cat on your neighbor's doorstep? :)
You make me laugh!
My acne gets really bad when I am pregnant too. A couple weeks ago I had one BAD zit. My store manager at work asked me what happened to my face. When I told she, she said "It looks so much worse than just a zit!" And I am NOT pregnant right now.
