OK, remember how I told you all that I love it when Grace plays outside, and uses her mind to play? I still really do love that, and I would say that the majority of the time Grace does play outside, or we go on walks. It makes me feel like I am somehow a better mom if my kid is outside more.
BUT, Grace has recently taken a really BIG liking to three movies "Sleeping Beauty", "Little Mermaid", and "Beauty and the Beast". I love all 3 of these movies, so I don't mind. But she seriously loves watching them. She totally zones out. She has to have her stuffed animal dogs.
Side note: Grace has become OBSESSED with stuffed animals. I will have to o a post dedicated to this new obsession. It is so cute!
And then she is free to just sit on the couch, and watch her movies. It is actually kinda surprising how long she will just sit there and watch a movie. Usually I can't keep her in one spot for a couple of mins (this becomes really apparent at church every week)...but if her movies are on then she will sit. I have actually thought how smart it would be for the church to install some sort of movie watching room for the kids...
All in all, I am happy that Grace loves the Disney Princesses. I can't wait to take her to Disneyland someday, and see her reactions!

I think it is fun that our kids are going through the same phases together. Simeon is a VERY active little child and runs around all day but as soon as we turn on his favorite movies, he takes on a face just like Grace's in your picture.
Isn't it great? Its a nice little break.
Also Kristina and I thought it was cute that Grace likes those 3 princess movies because Simeon's movies are:
1. The Incredibles
2. Cars
3. Toy Story
4. Monster Trucks (this is a new one we just got that has tractors, monster truck and tanks but they are real rather than animated but he just loves them).
Yup, just like Simeon, only he has his boy movies. Is Grace in Nursery yet? Nursery is the greatest thing ever invented in the church ;)
All wonderful movies to be addicted to!! I cant wait until Snow White enters the picture. Maybe she will get that high pitched voice. ha ha

I love Disney movies! Especially the Princess movies! Pretty sure I watch Little Mermaid & Cinderella like everyday when I was younger. Grace is so cute!
