My Dad

If is getting so busy here at the end of the semester! But I have to try and fit in room for my "thankful" posts.
I will dedicate this post to my dear dad. He is amazing. Anyone who knows my dad, knows what I nice person he is. Anytime I get to tell someone "I am Alan Parkers daughter" I feel proud.
My dad is the most genuine person I know. If he loves you he will go to China and back to get you want you need in your life. I love this quality about my dad.
My dad is also the hardest worker I have ever met. He works from sunup, or sundown. He thinks it is fun to work. He loves to start projects, and finish them. AND he is good at everything he does. If he wants to learn how to lay bricks then he tries, and gets it down. If he wants to learn how to weld, then he does it. If he wants to learn how to do anything, then he does.
He dad has the most contagious laugh! He doesn't laugh that often, but when he does, everyone around him is laughing along with him. One time when I was little we went to Mexico as a family. We were playing make me laugh with all of the people there with us. My dad got stuck up there, and I was with him. We were going to tell some jokes, but my dad started laughing. He couldn't stop, he was just bent over laughing, and then he started to cry he was laughing so hard. Everyone was just looking at him, and then they started to laugh! Everyone was laughing...my dad was the winner of make me laugh that night!
My dad is the most creative toy buyer in the world. He loves getting the Oriental trading magazines, and buying the most random toys. The kids in the neighborhood LOVE THEM!
My dad is also SO good with Grace. Grace likes him more than anyone elts...even me sometimes. As soon as he walks in the room, she is reaching for him, or trying to get to him. She loves him. When I see them together it melts my heart!
My dad is also the best person to go to for advice. When I am trying to figure out school, or work, or financial problems, he is the first person I go to. He always has a solution, and is willing to work with me to fix it.
My dad is the best dad any girl could ask for. I love him, and everything he does for me. He is best example on so many different levels.
