Wow Jami- You are really in for a treat! Remodeling is so much work- but I agree with you, that house has so much potential. You are so creative and talented that I know it will be so nice when you are done! And yes, it always cost way more money and takes way more time and supplies than you had expected. When we moved in here there were fleas- yikes! So I can relate to your roach problem- somewhat- I think I would rather have fleas than roaches. Anyway- keep up the work and the pics! Laris
