OK, so I don't have any pictures, but I promise that when I take some I will post them. Anyways, so the news is that Spencer and I our buying a house. Well the "technical" terms is that my parents are buying it (for all of you out there that are thinking "spencer and jami are POOR, how the hell are they buying a house!). But we will pay the mortgage every month. It is a GREAT deal, and it is only couple of streets away from the house we are renting right now.
It is a HUGE fixer upper. So we have a lot of work to do, but hopefully....well from what I hear, we will "appreciate" it so much more because we are doing the work. HHAAAHAHAH, I will let you know!

So excited for you guys! Buying a house is great. Fixing it up sucks though.... we have so much credit card debt from ours and now we can't sell it! Can't wait to see it!

Congratulations, hope everything goes well with that! I am excited for the future when we get to own a house, instead of just renting some dinky apartment!
