* Rolling over both ways.
* Eating real food ( pears, apples, bananas, carrots, squash, sweet potato's, green beans, peas), and LOVES it!
* Grabbing for anything that I am holding.
* Making all sorts of noises!
* She is really attached to me.
These are just things that she really loves...
* her baths
* getting cuddled, and held
* playing in with her toys
* going on runs, or walks in the jogger
* baby Einstein
* being outside!
to celebrate this great day I made her a cake...but she only got 1/2 of it (that was marys idea too)! She loved it..as you can see in the picture! I can't wait to give her a whole one in 6 more months! We are so thankful for Grace and the happiness that she brings in our life! WE love you Grace!

JAMI!
You are too funny!! I have never heard of this before-- but what a great idea! I bet she loved the cake!
Happy 6 months Grace!
What a cute idea! Too bad she is a little younger than Jaxson, or else I could have read this and stolen the idea! Oh well, there is always the next kid.
That's a very cute idea. I like the half cake thing. Her face is great! Looks like fun!
Ha ha! She has beat Simeon to the cake! Simeon turns 1 year in less than a month. Actually he has had cake, and ice cream, and lots and lots of cookies. She is getting so cute! I love the pictures!
That's clever--maybe i'll blog about my 21 1/2 birthday, which is coming up this month...thanks for the inspiration.
Also...WILL YOU PLEASE EMAIL ME AND SEND ME YOUR ADDRESS?? I tried texting you today but you must have been busy with your child. My email address is:

I'd appreciate it.
so cute! and that cake looks really yummy!
there is no going back now... she knows what REAL food is! what a totally cute idea!
hey jamie it's mandi , lori's daughter.IT's fun to see things your daughter is doing, because Presley is only 2 months older.Letting your babies cry is the hardest thing in life to do. we were on our way home from a vacation and the sign said 88 mi to bakersfield, and you guessed it she cried for 88 miles.it's so painful because you know the answer to make them stop, hold them but i guess they have to learn. Rocco was the same way of having to be held to sleep and I contribute this to his life long problems of sleeping issues. he's 21/2 and only for the past 8 months or so have we not had to stay in his room till he fell asleep. If only we didn't have to sleep life would be easier. I'm glad to see you are doing good and your flower arrangements are beautiful, I'm very impressed.
What a FUN MOMMY you are!! :) You're sooo creative! :) Cuteeee pictures!!
Happy 1/2 birthday cutie patootie!
