One of my favorite places to camp in Arizona is Chevelon Canyon, so when Alan (Jami's Dad) said he wanted to hike from Chevelon Lake to Woods Canyon Lake I was all for it. It was about 20 - 25 miles and we tried to do it in two days. May have bit off more than we could chew since 90% of the hike seemed to be hiking on river rock or bushwacking our own trail. We did have some great moments like catching a rattlesnake (which we later fried up) and some good eat'en with some fresh caught trout. We went with Jami's family and a few of their friends and Sean (Spencer's brother ) came as well.
